Sarah Jubber

Policy Associate


As a policy associate at AnnDyl, Sarah supports clients through clean energy advocacy, policy monitoring and research, and drafting memos.

Prior to joining AnnDyl, Sarah worked at Colobus Conservation designing a conservation education program, and at Fidelity Investments as a state policy and government relations intern. At university, Sarah also worked as a research assistant at the Marra Lab investigating the effect of urbanization on migration.

Sarah holds a B.S. in International Relations and Environmental Anthropology from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service. She is a Boston native and enjoys yoga, reading, and hiking in the DC area.
