Alice is a policy associate with AnnDyl. She is a proud DMV native from Arlington County and a graduate of Smith College in western Massachusetts, where she majored in political science.

As a policy associate, she supports clients by monitoring key regulatory and legislative spaces, drafting client memos, and research on major energy and environment issues. Prior to joining AnnDyl, she worked on the ENERGY STAR for Commercial Buildings certification program with ICF, and held internships with the US Green Building Council, Environment America, and the Chesapeake Climate Action Network. As a student, she participated in a Board of Trustees advisory group advocating socially responsible endowment management and received a fellowship from Smith’s Kahn Institute to study urban climate change planning.

Outside of work, Alice enjoys knitting, sewing, reading, and biking around DC.
