Over the past 13 years, we’ve worked with our clients to develop and execute policy strategies that drive meaningful action on climate and clean energy. Some recent highlights include:
- Inflation Reduction Act – We secured a historic $9 billion investment to make homes more energy efficient & create energy efficiency jobs as part of 2022’s groundbreaking climate change law.
- Journeyman Bill – On behalf of HVAC contractor trade associations, we secured passage of a bill designed to support a well-trained home performance workforce in Maryland.
Appropriations – We secured hundreds of millions in appropriations wins for clients, including $50 million for a hydrogen pilot project, tens of millions for building efficiency, and $5 million for EV workforce development.
Data Access – On behalf of a not-for-profit advocacy group, AnnDyl secured provisions in two Department of Energy programs requiring recipients to provide access to utility usage data.
